  We got a table, waited about 10 minutes to place a drink order, then placed our order. Then, after ordering our food took over 30 minutes to arrive and once it showed up we were considered invisible or something because there was no refill on drinks or check up whatsoever. The place had an absolute army of staff but most were just milling around doing nothing. The best thing they did was bring the check with the food so we didn't have to die of old age waiting for that. Went to the hostess/cashier stand to pay and the girl working there finished up a phone call as we waited then proceeded to ignore me standing there until another person walked up and placed a to go order. After finishing with that customer she looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there and I held out the check and cash which seemed to peel the glazed layer off of her eyes and she took my payment. If the ONLY thing you care about is the food then yeah, it's good, but EVERYTHING else is garbage. Don't bother with this location unless you want to know what you'll look like when you get old and your hair turns gray, cause that's gonna happen. Supposedly they have an "every server is your server" policy but this just means that no server is your server because no one will pay any attention to you once you've ordered. I suppose you could flag someone down or bang something on the table but should you really have to do that? The owner should be absolutely ashamed of this place, but I'm sure she's riding on the chain's good name to keep people coming in and doesn't care. If you go there and see the hour and half I lost lying around pick it up and go do something fun with it...I sure didn't get to.

  This place was amazing! The staff is friendly and energetic. The raspberry and walnut pancakes were delicious! I can't wait to come back.

  Visited the Belmont store this morning. The food was fine but not extraordinary and certainly not worth the prices (come on, it’s breakfast!). There are multiple places within a five minute radius where I can get the same or better food in more generous portions at a far more reasonable price. The atmosphere was nice and the waitstaff was pleasant and friendly but after the delivery of our food we never saw them again until long after our plates were clean and our coffee was long gone. All this while the staff stood around and talked (there were maybe four other tables occupied in the dining room). A second cup of coffee would have at least made it a more satisfying experience. Seriously doubt I’ll be visiting again. Update: For the record, I gave Famous Toastery a second chance. A much better experience than my first try!

  Awesome food exelent service. Wait stuff was friendly and helpful. The place was busy; a testament to the excellent quality but the staff kept everything moving along smoothly.

  This is my first time at the Famous Toastery in Belmont. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my food. The avocados were still a bit under ripened which made scooping them out a bit difficult, but it was still delicious. Everything else was perfect. I will definitely be back again. 😁
